Responsibilities
Prepare and dispense medications according to prescriptions issued by physicians.
Review customers’ medication therapy and provide guidance on proper medication use and possible side effects.
Explain how and when prescribed medicines should be taken.
Assist with basic health and wellness screenings when required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and prescription records.
Maintain a clean, secure, and organized pharmacy setting.
Handle routine pharmacy operations, including verifying order entries, maintaining required medication records, monitoring stock, and removing expired or damaged medicines from inventory.
Follow all applicable laws, regulations, policies, and procedures related to pharmacy operations and pharmaceutical practice.
Assist with administrative and other pharmacy-related duties as required.
Requirements
Basic knowledge of medicines and pharmacy products.
Basic pharmaceutical qualification preferred; candidates with other educational qualifications may also apply.
Willingness to learn and handle day-to-day pharmacy operations.
