Maintain compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Develop and implement financial strategies to support business goals.
Supervise accounting operations and ensure accuracy in financial records.
Provide guidance on cost management and resource allocation.
Collaborate with internal teams to support decision-making.

The Successful Applicant

We're looking for someone who has:




A robust background in finance and accounting.
Experience in financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance.
The ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
A degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
Experience in TALLY.
Experience in working in the MANUFACTURING SECTOR.
