Key Responsibilities
Liaise with Maersk platform owners to understand the business requirements related to transportation operations
Provide optimal solutions in OTM while ensuring scalability and use of out of the box OTM functionalities
Work closely with Maersk Engineering team to validate the solutions and to configure the proposed solutions in OTM
Develop integration architecture and mappings for external systems and Maersk applications
Extensive testing of all the solutions and workflows with documentation
Provide support for complex issues which are not solved by support teams
Provide training to Maersk key users
Support various projects and initiatives related to OTM
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
Minimum of 12 years of experience in OTM implementation (SaaS/On-premises) across core modules preferably with logistics organizations.
Deep experience and knowledge in shipment planning, rating, freight settlement processes, data analytics using FTI/Data Visualization framework.
Ability to design automation agents
Experience with integrations using REST API’s
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to propose cutting-edge solutions.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred Skills
Experience working in the logistics or supply chain industry. Knowledge of North American logistics is an advantage
Project management experience, with a proven ability to lead and drive initiatives to completion.
