Position Overview

We are hiring an Outreach & Prospecting Executive to expand our business pipeline through structured digital prospecting and multi-channel outreach.

Responsibilities
Search for relevant companies and potential clients.
Conduct detailed prospect research.
Build and organize lead databases.
Use Apollo for lead discovery and contact research.
Use LinkedIn for prospect identification.
Execute personalized cold email campaigns.
Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
Develop multi-step outreach campaigns.
Use AI tools to create and personalize communication.
Track every prospect and follow-up.
Identify positive responses and potential business opportunities.
Qualify prospects before sales handover.
Schedule meetings with interested prospects.




Monitor campaign performance.
Improve messaging and outreach strategies based on results.

Ideal Candidate
1+ year experience in outreach or lead generation.
Strong research abilities.
Experience with Apollo and LinkedIn.
Cold email knowledge.
WhatsApp outreach experience.
AI tool experience.
Robust organizational and communication skills.
Comfortable with performance targets.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
