About the Role

We are looking for an Experienced Product Manager (PM) to join the Innovaccer product team. This role is ideal for someone with prior product ownership experience in B2B SaaS or healthcare technology who is ready to take end-to-end ownership of meaningful problem spaces.

As an experienced PM, you will operate as a solid product owner for defined Innovaccer modules or workflows, with limited oversight. You will drive discovery,



write crisp requirements, make informed trade-offs, and ensure high-quality execution across the product lifecycle.

You will partner closely with senior PMs, design, engineering, and clinical stakeholders to ship impactful features across Innovaccer modules.

A Day in the Life

Product Discovery & User Understanding

Partner with PMs to understand user personas (care managers, clinicians, CDI specialists, population health leaders)

Participate in customer interviews, shadowing, and usability testing

Analyze user behavior, feedback, and support tickets to identify pain points

Develop a solid understanding of healthcare workflows, value-based care, and interoperability concepts

Requirements & Execution

Own PRDs and user stories for defined feature areas

Translate clinical and operational needs into transparent, actionable requirements
