Job Title: Premium Acquisition Manager (PAM)

Equitas Small Finance Bank is looking for experienced Premium Acquisition Managers (PAM) to acquire and manage HNI and affluent customers and drive liability business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Acquire HNI and affluent customers for liability products.
Generate leads through field activities, references, networking, and existing customer referrals.
Meet prospective customers and understand their financial requirements.
Recommend suitable banking and investment products.
Handle account opening and ensure accurate KYC documentation.
Build and maintain strong relationships with premium customers.
Generate referrals and expand the customer base.
Cross-sell banking, loan, investment, and other financial products.
Maintain daily sales reports and ensure achievement of assigned business targets.

Required Candidate Profile:




3–5 years of experience in liability sales or customer acquisition.
Experience in HNI/Affluent customer handling preferred.
Solid communication, sales, negotiation, and relationship-management skills.
Positive knowledge of HNI/Affluent banking products.
Strong local market knowledge and networking abilities.
Target-oriented approach with the ability to develop a strong customer portfolio.
