Collaborate with senior management to develop a comprehensive placement

strategy aligned with organizational goals and industry trends.
Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and industry partners to facilitate job placements for students or employees.
Oversee training and development programs designed to enhance the employability of students or employees, including resume building, interview skills, and career counseling.
Manage the end-to-end placement process, including scheduling interviews, coordinating job fairs, and organizing recruitment drives.
Work closely with academic departments, career services teams, and faculty members to align placement efforts with educational objectives.
Provide guidance and mentorship to students/employees throughout the placement process, offering support and advice.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
