Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging and age-appropriate classroom activities for Playgroup, Nursery, LKG, and UKG.
Implement Montessori teaching methods to foster independent learning and creativity.
Teach and communicate effectively in Hindi and English (Tamil knowledge is an added advantage).
Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating setting for children.
Collaborate with parents and staff to support holistic child development.
Maintain lesson plans, progress reports, and classroom discipline.
Qualifications
Mandatory: Montessori Teacher Training Certification.
Language Requirement:
Ability to teach/communicate in Hindi.
Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory).
Experience: Freshers with Montessori training are welcome; prior preschool teaching experience is an advantage.
