About the Role

n

We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager with expertise in .NET and Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to lead high-performing development teams and deliver enterprise-scale digital transformation programs. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in software engineering, project management, Agile delivery, and stakeholder management, with a proven track record of delivering scalable, secure, and high-quality technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment and production support.
n
- Oversee multiple projects across Fixed Price and T&M; engagement models, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
n
- Drive Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and ensure effective collaboration across distributed teams.
n
- Provide technical leadership in designing and implementing solutions using .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, D365 CRM, Power Platform, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
n
- Lead Dynamics 365 CRM implementation, enhancement, integration, and support initiatives across business functions.
n
- Collaborate with Business Analysts, Product Owners, Architects, and stakeholders to align technology solutions with business objectives.
n
- Drive the adoption of Microservices Architecture, REST APIs, Azure Services, and Cloud-Native Solutions.
n
- Oversee DevOps practices including CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), monitoring, and automation frameworks.
n
- Manage project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation,



stakeholder communication, and delivery governance.
n
- Ensure application security, scalability, performance optimization, and adherence to engineering best practices.
n
- Mentor and develop team members while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Key Skills & Qualifications

n

n
- 10-15 years of experience in software development, enterprise application delivery, and project management.
n
- 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing complex technology programs.
n
- Strong experience in .NET Core, ASP.NET, C#, Web APIs, Angular, and Microservices Architecture.
n
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM (CE), Power Platform, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
n
- Experience in integrating D365 CRM with enterprise systems using APIs, Azure Integration Services, and middleware platforms.
n
- Strong knowledge of Azure Cloud, CI/CD, Azure DevOps, Docker, Kubernetes (K8s), and DevOps practices.
n
- Experience working with SQL Server and other enterprise databases.
n
- Proven ability to manage distributed teams and multiple concurrent projects.
n
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and modern software engineering practices.
n
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
n

Preferred Skills

- Microsoft Azure and Dynamics 365 certifications.
n
- Experience in digital transformation, CRM modernization, and cloud migration programs.
n
- Exposure to AI, Copilot, and Power BI solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem.
n
- Experience managing global delivery teams and customer-facing engagements.
