Job Summary

We are looking for a technically skilled Network & System Administrator to manage, maintain, troubleshoot, and support the organization's network infrastructure, computer systems, and IT equipment. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring reliable network connectivity, system availability, and smooth day-to-day IT operations across the organization.

Technical Skills Required

- LAN/WAN network installation and maintenance
n
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN basics
n
- Managed/unmanaged switch configuration
n
- Router and firewall basic configuration
n
- Structured cabling and Cat6 installation
n
- OFC fiber splicing and termination knowledge
n




- Troubleshooting Internet and network connectivity
n
- Windows installation, configuration and troubleshooting
n
- Desktop/laptop hardware troubleshooting
n
- Printer and peripheral troubleshooting
n
- CCTV/NVR basic installation and troubleshooting
n
- UPS and basic server-room equipment knowledge
n
- Basic knowledge of MikroTik, Cisco, TP-Link, D-Link, etc.
n
- Network monitoring and documentation
n

Minimum Qualification & Requirement:

- Diploma / ITI / B.Sc. / BCA / B.E. / B.Tech in:

- Computer Science
n
- Information Technology
n
- Electronics & Communication
n
- Networking / Computer Hardware
n
- Experience: 1–3 years in networking and system administration is preferred.
