We are looking for a skilled Performance Marketing Manager to plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills and experience using up-to-date marketing and AI tools to maximize ROI and conversions.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, manage, and optimize campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other paid platforms
Monitor and improve campaign performance, conversions, and ROI
Perform A/B testing for ads, creatives, audiences, and landing pages
Analyze performance using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and reporting tools
Manage advertising budgets and optimize cost per conversion




Generate leads and improve conversion funnels
Use AI tools for campaign optimization, ad creatives, and performance insights
Coordinate with design, content, and development teams

Requirements
Qualification: BBA / MBA (Marketing) / Any Graduate with relevant experience
Minimum 2 years experience in performance marketing
Hands-on experience with:
Google Ads
Meta Ads Manager
Google Analytics
Experience using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google AI tools, Meta AI, or similar platforms
Strong understanding of CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, and Conversion Tracking
Good analytical and communication skills
