PERSONAL ASSISTANT
Tunes & Vibes | Rajkot
We are looking for a smart, proactive & well-organized Personal Assistant to work closely with the Founder.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily schedules, meetings & appointments
Handle WhatsApp, calls, emails & follow-ups
Coordinate with clients, partners & team members
Assist with workshops, events & travel planning
Prepare basic documents, presentations & reports
Support day-to-day business & personal coordination
Requirements:
Valuable communication skills in English, Hindi & Gujarati
Positive knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office/Google Workspace & Canva
Smart, presentable, responsible & trustworthy
Ability to multitask and take initiative
Freshers with the right attitude can apply
. Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
