Required Technical Skills
Technical Component Knowledge: Solid understanding of active/passive electronic components, datasheets, footprints, and packaging standards.
BOM Analysis: Hands-on experience scrubbing and managing complex BOMs using Excel or PLM/ERP tools.
Schematic Reading: Ability to read circuit schematics and technical drawings to understand component applications.
Soft Skills & Competencies
Robust negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Analytical mind-set with high attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or MS Office).
Prior experience in an Electronics Manufacturing Services (EMS) company or automotive/ IoT hardware domain.
