Role & responsibilities :
Strategic Procurement: Develop and implement procurement strategies for HR services aligned with organizational goals.
Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard HR service providers; maintain robust vendor relationships.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations to secure favorable terms and ensure compliance with legal and organizational standards.
Cost Optimization: Drive efficiency and savings through effective procurement planning and vendor performance management.
Compliance & Governance: Ensure adherence to procurement policies, labor laws, and audit requirements.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, and Business Leaders to align procurement with workforce strategies.
Market Intelligence:



Track industry trends, benchmark costs, and recommend cutting-edge solutions.

Preferred candidate profile
Proven experience (12+ years) in procurement, vendor management, or HR services sourcing.
Robust knowledge of HR outsourcing, recruitment vendors, payroll services, and training providers.
Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives.
MBA/PGDM in HR, Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
