Responsibilities
Manage solar projects from start to completion.
Coordinate with customers, engineers, suppliers, and site workers.
Plan and monitor project schedules.
Ensure timely installation and completion of projects.
Manage manpower and materials at the site.
Monitor work quality and safety.
Solve project and site-related issues.
Prepare project progress reports.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Civil Engineering preferred.
Minimum 3 years of Experience in solar projects is preferred.
Valuable communication and team-management skills.
Basic knowledge of solar installation and electrical systems.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
