Key Responsibilities
Understand the manufacturing processes involved in each component and sub-assembly.
Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers for various components and products.
Plan production schedules and coordinate with in-house teams and suppliers to ensure timely manufacturing.
Conduct supplier quality inspections and in-house quality checks before dispatch.
Support the mechanical and electrical assembly teams during assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
Work with CAD tools such as SolidWorks and AutoCAD for design and engineering activities.
Perform reverse engineering of components and assemblies.
Support material analysis, selection, and specification based on product requirements.
