Plan, monitor, and execute daily production activities as per production schedules.
Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum utilization of manpower, machines, and materials.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team for breakdowns.
Supervise shop-floor activities and ensure smooth production flow.
Monitor production processes and identify prospects for improving productivity and reducing wastage.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and production specifications.
Maintain production reports, shift records, and other required documentation.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, PPC, and other departments for smooth operations.
Monitor raw material availability and ensure proper material utilization.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing,



and other continuous improvement practices.
Ensure adherence to safety procedures and company policies on the shop floor.
Analyze production issues and take corrective and preventive actions.
Train and guide production operators and ensure proper work allocation.
Support management in achieving productivity, efficiency, and cost-reduction targets.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
