We are looking for a Production Assistant to support our production team in the day-to-day manufacturing activities of industrial pumps. The ideal candidate should be a technically inclined, responsible, and enthusiastic individual who is willing to learn and develop practical knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the production team in daily pump manufacturing and assembly activities.
Support supervisors and production engineers in achieving daily production targets.
Coordinate with shop-floor operators for smooth production activities.
Assist in monitoring assembly, machining, testing, and finishing processes.
Maintain basic production records, checklists, and documentation.
Ensure materials, components, tools, and drawings are available as required.
Follow company procedures related to quality, safety, and 5S.
Assist in identifying and reporting production issues,



defects, or material shortages.
Coordinate with Quality, Stores, Maintenance, and Purchase departments whenever required.

Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
Experience: 0–1 year

Preferred Skills
Basic understanding of manufacturing and mechanical components.
Basic computer knowledge, especially MS Excel and Word.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Willingness to work on the manufacturing shop floor.
Positive attitude with a solid willingness to learn.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
