Role & responsibilities
Manage daily production activities for Fan Assembly, Motor Winding and TPW (Thermal/Testing Process as applicable).
Achieve production targets with focus on quality, productivity, cost and delivery.
Monitor and control assembly-line operations, manpower and machine utilization.
Ensure correct winding parameters, wire specifications, turns, insulation and process controls.
Monitor TPW/process testing and ensure products meet defined specifications.
Conduct line balancing, cycle-time analysis and productivity improvement.
Identify and reduce rejection, rework, downtime and process defects.
Implement 5S, Kaizen, Lean Manufacturing and Poka-Yoke initiatives.
Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, PPC, Stores and Engineering teams.
Prepare daily production reports,



rejection analysis and downtime reports.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, work instructions, safety standards and control plans.
Train operators on process standards and secure working practices.
Support recent model/product trials and process improvements.
