nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES
N1. Store Revenue & Sales Performance
N

Drive overall store revenue and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets N
Monitor individual and team sales performance and align with business goals N
Focus on high-value couture and bespoke sales,



especially wedding and occasion wear N
Track and improve Average Order Value (AOV) through complete look selling N
Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversions N
Implement strategies toincrease walk-ins, conversions, and ticket size N

Deliver a highly personalized and premium luxury retail experience to every client N
Build and nurture long-term relationships with robust follow-ups and engagement N
Understand client lifestyles, occasions, and wardrobe requirements in depth N
Personally manage VIP and high-value clients when required N
Ensure seamless end-to-end client journeys—from consultation to final delivery N
Resolve client concernswith professionalism and discretion N
