Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly production plans.
Ensure optimal utilization of manpower, materials, and machinery.
Coordinate with procurement and inventory teams to ensure raw material availability.
Monitor production activities to ensure adherence to timelines and quality standards.
Identify bottlenecks in production and suggest process improvements.
Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) and maintain production records.
Ensure that finished products meet the required quality specifications.
Coordinate with the Quality Control team to resolve production-related quality issues.
Monitor machine performance and schedule maintenance as needed.
Assist in workforce management, including training and performance monitoring.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
