Quality engineer required. Diploma in Mechanical or BE. 1 year plus experience in quality department of any manufacturing firm.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the quality control process.
Ensure adherence to standards and industry regulations throughout the manufacturing process.
Develop and implement quality control procedures to identify and rectify deviations.
Perform detailed inspections and testing of materials, components, and finished products to meet requirements.
Coordinate with production teams to verify that processes align with engineering specifications.
Maintain comprehensive inspection records, including test reports and compliance documentation.
Identify areas for process optimization and recommend improvements to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure continuous improvement in quality management.
Ensure that all quality documentation, including certification and traceability records, is accurately maintained.
