1.Job Purpose:

To execute and monitor blending operations in vaccine manufacturing while ensuring adherence to current Valuable Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), safety standards, and regulatory requirements. The candidate should possess hands-on experience working with Isolator Technology and aseptic manufacturing processes.

2.Key Responsibilities:

Manufacturing Operations

Prepare, mix, and transfer bulk solutions and intermediates according to process requirements.

Ensure timely execution of batch manufacturing activities to meet production schedules.

Perform blending activities for vaccine manufacturing as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records.

3.Isolator Technology Operations:

Operate and monitor Isolator Systems used in aseptic vaccine manufacturing.

Perform routine interventions, material transfers, glove integrity checks, and environmental control activities within isolators.

4.Equipment Handling

Operate and maintain blending vessels, mixing systems, transfer pumps, sterile filtration assemblies, and associated manufacturing equipment.

Experience working in regulated settings such as USFDA, EMA, MHRA, WHO-GMP, or PIC/S compliant facilities.
