Responsible for Maintain all Production planning & activity.
• Responsible for nutrition addition, harvesting, washing, homogenization, spray drying, packing.
• Shall maintain compliance as per SOP, Quality Policy and compliance in relation to regulatory bodies legislation within Production department.
• Shall check the maintenance of the department, premises, and equipment as per SOP and GMP norms.
Shall ensure the Qualification of the equipment and utilities related to Production department are performed and recorded with report.
• Shall responsible to ensure that approved procedure available in the plant
• Responsible to check Batch Production and Control Record.
• Shall Communicate & Implement change as have directed through change control procedure.
