Role Overview

We're looking for a hands-on Production Manager to lead our factory floor operations, manage vendor relationships, and coordinate directly with customers through installation and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and lead the production team, ensuring quality, timelines, and productive shop-floor operations
Coordinate with vendors for materials, fabrication support, and timely procurement
Liaise directly with customers on production status, requirements, and delivery schedules




Oversee installation and commissioning of equipment at client sites
Travel domestically and internationally as required for site installations

Requirements
Proven experience managing a production team in a manufacturing/fabrication setting
Solid vendor coordination and customer-facing communication skills
Hands-on experience with equipment installation and commissioning
Fluent in English and Tamil (mandatory); working knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage
Willingness and flexibility to travel abroad when required

Pay: From ₹35,000.00 per month
