Procurement of all materials related to building construction.
Liasoning with all projects heads to keep updated for requirement.
Vendor management, rate analyse, managing payments for them etc.
Should be from Real Estate/Construction Industry
Prepare comparative Statement of Quotations and finalize the supplier.
Prepare the purchase order, place the order in detailed quality, quantity, specifications, terms and conditions, delivery term etc. should be mentioned clearly.
Follow up with suppliers till material reach at site.
Procure the material from the right sources and at right prices.
Co-ordinate with sites to receive the purchase bills duly approved by Project Engineers within time frame.
Check bills with all respect and certify for payment
Software: ERP,SAP or any equivalent
Location: Deccan Gymkhana Pune
Experince: Min 2 years ( Real Estate)

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
