Key Responsibilities
Operate Glass Line Reactors, Stainless Steel Reactors, centrifuges, dryers and other production equipment as per SOP.
Execute batch manufacturing activities as per BMR and production instructions.
Monitor process parameters such as temperature, pressure, vacuum, pH and reaction time.
Handle charging, material transfer, filtration, drying and packing activities safely.
Maintain proper production records and batch documentation.
Follow GMP, EHS, SOP and safety requirements at all times.
Report process abnormalities, equipment issues and deviations to the Shift In-charge.
Maintain housekeeping and ensure secure working conditions in the production area.
Coordinate with QA, QC, Engineering and EHS for smooth batch execution.

Qualification: ITI / Diploma /Bsc

Experience: 15 Years in API / Pharma / Chemical manufacturing preferred.
