Job Summary:

Responsible for supervising daily production activities, ensuring production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery schedules are achieved efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and supervise daily production activities as per the production plan.
Allocate manpower, machines, and materials to meet production targets.
Monitor production processes and ensure adherence to SOPs, work instructions, and quality standards.
Coordinate with PPC, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Tool Room departments.
Monitor machine utilization, productivity, rejection, rework, and downtime.
Ensure proper handling of machines, tools, fixtures, and materials.
Identify production problems and take corrective actions to minimize downtime.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and relevant documentation.
Ensure compliance with 5S, safety procedures, and company policies.
Train and guide operators to improve productivity and work quality.
Monitor shift-wise production performance and achieve planned targets.




Support continuous improvement activities such as Kaizen, 5S, and waste reduction.

Basic understanding of quality tools and problem-solving techniques.

Ability to work in shifts and handle production pressure.

Qualification & Experience:
Diploma/B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Production Engineering.
2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing/automotive industry.
Experience in CNC/VMC/HMC or machining production will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
