SUPERVISOR – DOOR FRAME SECTION

Designation: Door Frame Section Supervisor

Reporting To: Production Manager / Senior Factory Manager

Location: Aluva Plant

Job Purpose To supervise and control the day-to-day production activities of the Door Frame Section, ensuring required quantity, quality, productivity, and timely completion of door frame orders.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily door frame production activities and allocate work to operators/workers.
Ensure production is carried out as per approved drawings, sizes, specifications, and work instructions.
Monitor cutting, machining, assembly, and other frame-related processes.
Ensure production targets are achieved within the planned time.
Check dimensions, joints, alignment, finishing, and overall quality of frames.
Coordinate with Planning, QC, Stores, and Dispatch for smooth production flow.




Identify and resolve production issues, material shortages, and machine-related problems.
Minimize material wastage, rework, rejection, and production delays.
Ensure proper utilization and handling of machines, tools, and materials.
Maintain daily production records and report completed and pending work.
Ensure workers follow safety procedures, housekeeping standards, uniform, and ID-card requirements.
Train and guide operators/workers on correct production methods.
Report major quality, manpower, machine, or material issues to the Production Manager/Senior Factory Manager.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
