Responsibilities -
Verify machine BOM, components, quantities, part numbers, and specifications.
Inspect mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic assembly, wiring, safety, and workmanship.
Conduct machine functionality testing in Manual/Auto modes, sequence, interlocks, alarms, and cycle time.
Coordinate with PLC, LabVIEW, and Assembly teams for testing and troubleshooting.
Perform final machine quality inspection before dispatch.
Approve packaging and verify machine/package identification and handling instructions.
Experience -
2–3 years of experience in Quality Inspection / Machine Quality.
Experience in Automation, SPM, or Industrial Machinery preferred.
Education
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
