We are looking for a Purchase Executive with a pharmaceutical background and 1–2 years of relevant experience in raw material procurement.

Key Responsibilities
Procurement of pharmaceutical raw materials (RM) and packaging materials (PM).
Identify and coordinate with reliable vendors and suppliers.
Obtain quotations, compare prices, and negotiate commercial terms.
Prepare Purchase Orders (POs) and ensure timely procurement of materials.
Follow up with vendors for material availability and timely delivery.
Coordinate with Production, QA, QC, Stores, and other departments regarding material requirements.
Maintain vendor records, purchase documentation, quotations, and related records.
Monitor raw material pricing and identify cost-effective sourcing opportunities.




Develop recent vendors when required.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in pharmaceutical raw material purchasing/procurement.
Pharmaceutical background is required.
Good knowledge of pharmaceutical raw materials and suppliers.
Robust vendor negotiation and follow-up skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Working knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.

Job Location: Delhi Cantt, New Delhi Pay: ₹10,878.29 - ₹20,000.00 per month
