We are looking for a responsible and experienced Purchase Executive to manage day-to-day procurement activities, vendor coordination, quotation collection, price comparison, negotiation, and purchase order processing for our plant, RMC, quarry, fleet, and office requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
Collect quotations from suppliers for required materials, spare parts, services, and equipment.
Compare quotations based on price, quality, delivery time, and payment terms.
Negotiate with vendors to obtain competitive prices and better terms.
Prepare purchase recommendations and coordinate for management approval.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) after approval.
Coordinate with vendors for timely delivery of materials.
Maintain vendor database and develop recent vendors when required.
Follow up on pending orders, deliveries, and payment-related queries.
Coordinate with Accounts, Store, Plant, RMC, Quarry, and Maintenance teams.
Maintain proper purchase records, quotations, comparative statements, and POs.
Ensure purchases are made as per company requirements and approved budgets.




Monitor market prices and identify cost-saving opportunities.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement.
Experience in construction, RMC, quarry, mining, manufacturing, or heavy equipment industry will be preferred.
Valuable negotiation and vendor management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and purchase documentation.
Positive communication and follow-up skills.
Ability to independently handle multiple purchase requirements.
Knowledge of ERP/Tally/purchase software will be an advantage.

Preferred Candidate: A candidate who can independently handle quotation → comparison → negotiation → approval → PO → delivery follow-up with minimum dependency on management.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
