Service invoice request creation with required documents & tracking
OPL Maintenance for Projects and circulation of MoM to the participants.
Support in preparation of slides for review meetings.
Supporting in documentation related to Project Management processes & QG Reviews
Maintaining documents in project folders
Coordination with internal stakeholders for closure of tasks and Open points
Managing short term projects like Fleet run, Catalyst testing activities independently
Visit to customer locations as per project requirement.
Periodic follow-ups with customers for PO amendments & price updation in SAP.
Receipt of sample orders from customers and processing to support on time.
Overdue Payment follow-ups for samples & Service invoices and closure.
Coordinating with Logistics on critical supply topics
