Key Responsibilities
Handle and coordinate Third-Party Inspection and Structural Audit visits across Maharashtra.
Prepare and submit Third-Party Inspection Reports, Structural Audit Reports and Technical Assessment Reports.
Assess site execution with respect to approved drawings, specifications, applicable standards, and quality requirements.
Review QA/QC documentation, material testing reports, inspection records, and construction quality records, with a sound understanding of NDT/DT testing and evaluation procedures.
Demonstrate a positive understanding of Water Supply, Building, Underground Sewerage Projects, Roads, Bridges and other infrastructure projects
Coordinate effectively with Clients, Consultants, Contractors, and Site Teams to address technical and project-related requirements.
Identify technical and construction-related observations during site inspections and provide explicit, practical, and technical recommendations.
Should have working knowledge of MS Project, Primavera P6, MS Office, and relevant Civil Engineering software, including GIS/AI-GIS applications.
Review and understand Detailed Project Reports (DPR), BOQs, Estimation & Costing, Tender Documents, and related project documentation.
