Oversee and manage interior fit-out project execution at multiple sites.
Review drawings, BOQs, and specifications to ensure accuracy and feasibility before execution.
Plan daily site activities and allocate work to contractors, vendors, and site supervisors.
Ensure high-quality workmanship, materials, and finishing in line with design intent.
Coordinate between designers, clients, procurement, and site teams for smooth progress.
Monitor project timelines, track progress, and prepare daily/weekly status reports.
Ensure strict adherence to safety standards, quality control, and company policies at site.
Verify and certify contractor bills and material consumption as per project requirements.
Identify and resolve site-related issues proactively to avoid delays.
Assist in estimating, scheduling, and project planning activities.
Maintain explicit documentation of drawings, site changes, and approvals.
Support project handover with proper documentation and final inspection reports.
