1525+ years of experience in project execution, construction management, and plant expansion projects .
Solid experience in FMCG, Food Beverage, Process Manufacturing, Pharmaceutical, Chemical, or similar manufacturing industries .
Experience in PepsiCo / beverage manufacturing projects will be preferred .
Robust exposure to CAPEX and manufacturing plant expansion projects .
Experience in managing greenfield and brownfield projects .
Robust knowledge of:
Construction Management
Project Planning Execution
MEP Systems
HVAC
Utilities
Piping
Equipment Installation
Mechanical and Electrical Works
Civil Structural Coordination
Commissioning Handover
Strong contractor and subcontractor management experience.
Excellent client coordination and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to independently lead large-scale construction activities at site.
Strong understanding of quality and safety requirements in manufacturing environments.
