Conduct R&D; activities on machines and equipment to improve productivity, efficiency, and reliability.
Identify machine-related problems and perform root cause analysis for breakdowns and repeated failures.
Plan and carry out preventive and predictive maintenance activities.
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and basic electrical machine issues.
Support the development, modification, and improvement of machines according to production requirements.
Design and implement machine modifications and improvements to reduce downtime and maintenance costs.
Coordinate with production teams to understand machine-related issues and provide timely solutions.
Prepare and maintain machine maintenance records, breakdown reports, and R&D; documentation.
Monitor machine performance and identify prospects for continuous improvement.
Work with vendors and technicians for machine installation, servicing, modification, and spare-parts requirements.
Assist in current machine development, trials, testing, and commissioning.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
