:
Member shall be responsible for management and planning of all jobs related to purchase including product sourcing, costing, vendor development, purchase of civil materials, placement of contracts, etc.
Lead and manage the Purchase & Procurement function for multiple real estate projects, ensuring timely availability of materials and services in line with project schedules and budgets.
Formulate and execute procurement strategies for civil, finishing, MEP materials, and services, focusing on cost optimization, quality assurance, and reliable supply chain partnerships.
Oversee sourcing, costing, vendor development, negotiations, and finalization of purchase orders, rate contracts, and service agreements.
Review and approve project-wise procurement plans, ensuring compliance with approved budgets, timelines, safety norms, statutory requirements, and internal procurement policies.
Coordinate with Engineering, Design, QS, and Project teams to review drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications and finalize material and service requirements.
Manage end-to-end tendering and contracting processes, including vendor prequalification, technical and commercial bid evaluation, rate analysis,



negotiations, and appointment of contractors and subcontractors.
Monitor execution of procurement and contracting activities to ensure adherence to quality standards, cost controls, delivery schedules, and contractual obligations.
Ensure accurate certification of vendor bills, effective cash flow planning, and timely payments to vendors while maintaining solid qualified relationships.
Establish procurement controls, MIS, reporting systems, and approval frameworks to support transparency and informed decision-making by senior management.
Lead, mentor, and develop the purchase team, set performance targets, conduct appraisals, and drive continuous improvement in procurement operations.
Identify prospects for value engineering, alternate sourcing, and cost-saving initiatives without compromising quality, safety, or project timelines.
Support senior leadership in risk assessment, vendor performance evaluation, and continuous improvement of procurement processes.
