Oversight, monitor end-to-end clinical trial activities ensuring full regulatory compliance and audit readiness.
Train CRC/ site lead/ Project Coordinator for patient identification, Smooth recruitment process & retention of patients in the trial .
Ensure to meet all time points as site sop, sponsor Requirements & guidelines
Coordinate effectively with PI, CRA, Sponsors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.( All stakeholders)
Supervise and manage CRC teams, ensuring performance, quality control, and timely task completion.
Lead feasibility studies and support onboarding and activation of current sites and projects.
Identify projects data quality risks proactively and ensure timely resolution to avoid escalation.
Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and compliance across all clinical operations.
