The Project Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring rural development initiatives focused on education, healthcare, women empowerment, and agriculture. The role requires strong leadership, field coordination, and reporting skills to ensure smooth implementation of project activities at the village level.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise day-to-day project activities across all assigned villages
Work closely with field officers, gram sevaks, and other team members to ensure effective implementation
Develop monthly and quarterly action plans and ensure timely execution
Monitor project progress, collect data, and prepare detailed reports for management and funding partners
Build strong relationships with local communities, stakeholders, and government authorities
Organize training sessions, awareness programs, and community meetings
Ensure proper documentation of all activities, case studies, and success stories
Identify challenges in the field and provide practical solutions
Ensure compliance with project guidelines and organizational standards
Eligibility & Requirements:
Minimum 4–5 years of experience in social, livelihood, or agriculture-based projects
Solid understanding of rural development programs and community engagement
Positive command of English (written & verbal)
Leadership and team management skills
Ability to travel frequently to field locations
Basic knowledge of reporting tools, MS Office, and data management
