Job Description — Operations Executive – Disbursement & Transaction Operations

Department: Operations
Location: Andheri, Mumbai.
Band: Executive / Senior Executive

Role Objective

To manage end-to-end disbursement execution, invoicing, and transaction coordination, ensuring timely and accurate fund flow.

Key Responsibilities
- Invoice validation
- Transaction document verification
- Maker & checker disbursement checklists
- Create payment advice and repayment schedules
- Coordinate management approvals for disbursement
- Execute TREDS bidding

KRAs & KPIs

1: Disbursement Accuracy & Timeliness
- Disbursements processed within TAT
- Zero disbursement errors due to ops issues

2: Invoice & Platform Readiness
- Platform upload accuracy (TREDS)
- Rework / rejection rate

3: Operational Coordination




- Approval turnaround time
- Internal escalation count

Desired Candidate Profile
- Education: Graduate/Post-Graduate in Commerce, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience: 2–4 years in back-office, operations, at a Bank/NBFC.

Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of Collections & Disbursements.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.

Soft Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage timelines in a high-pressure environment.
