Key Responsibilities: Unit Incharge
Plan, organize, and oversee day-to-day operations within the assigned unit.
Implement and maintain standard operating procedures to optimize unit performance.
Establish and enforce quality control measures to uphold product standards.
Provide guidance, coaching, and performance feedback to team members.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree
Proven experience of 4+ year in jewelry industry.
Robust leadership abilities with positive speaking skills
