Role & responsibilities
Promote and sell life insurance products to bank customers
Build robust working relationships with bank branch managers and tellers to secure customer referrals
Train, motivate, and coach bank staff to identify and generate insurance leads
Meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Conduct joint sales calls with bank employees to close insurance policies
Preferred candidate profile
Graduate in any field (MBA or PGDM is a plus).
1 to 6 years of experience in life or general insurance sales.
Prior background in bank-partnered sales or institutional channels.
