Job Description - Supervisor

Position: Supervisor
Experience Required: 3 to 5 Years
Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹35,000 per month

Key Responsibilities
Supervise daily operational and manpower activities at site.
Ensure work is completed as per company standards and timelines.
Monitor worker attendance, discipline, and productivity.
Coordinate with management and clients for smooth operations.
Maintain daily work reports and site records.
Ensure safety procedures and company policies are followed.
Resolve basic operational and workforce issues at site.
Support team members and ensure proper task allocation.
Conduct routine inspections and report any issues immediately.

Required Skills:




Valuable leadership and team handling skills.
Solid communication and coordination abilities.
Ability to manage manpower and site activities effectively.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting.

Qualification
12th Pass/Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.
Experience in industrial operations, manpower handling, facility management, or site supervision preferred.

Additional Requirements
Willingness to work in shifts and travel if required.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
