Training Objective

We are looking for a Company Secretary Trainee to join our Legal & Secretarial Department for a full time 21 months training as prescribed by the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI). The trainee will work closely with the Legal Head and gain hands-on exposure to corporate compliance, governance, and secretarial functions in a quick-growing EV organization.

Key Responsibilities (Training Scope)

Under supervision and guidance, the CS Trainee will be involved in:
Assisting in review, audit,



and organization of past statutory and secretarial records of the Company and its group entities.
Supporting the team in documentation, updating, and streamlining of secretarial records.
Assisting in drafting and implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for the Secretarial Department.
Exposure to statutory compliances under Companies Act and allied laws.
Supporting initiatives related to automation and digitization of secretarial activities.
Assisting in maintaining compliance trackers, filings, and internal compliance mechanisms.
Getting exposure to IPO preparedness and corporate restructuring activities (as applicable).
Providing day-to-day support in routine secretarial and legal documentation work.

Eligibility Criteria
CS Executive / CS Professional (as applicable under ICSI training norms).
Eligible and willing to undergo 21 months of full-time practical training as per ICSI guidelines.
