We are looking for an experienced RPA Developer with 5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on expertise in UiPath, Agentic Automation, Microsoft Power Automate, and RPA platform development.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable RPA solutions using UiPath.
Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and integrate them with enterprise applications.
Work on Agentic Automation / AI-driven automation initiatives to build intelligent and autonomous business processes.
Participate in the development and enhancement of the RPA automation platform, frameworks, reusable components, and standards.
Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and optimization.
Develop reusable workflows, components,



and automation frameworks following best practices.
Integrate RPA solutions with APIs, databases, web applications, and enterprise systems.
Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues across development, testing, and production settings.
Collaborate with business analysts, technical teams, and stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver automation solutions.
Follow development standards, security guidelines, version control, testing, and deployment processes.
Contribute to continuous improvement of the organization's RPA and intelligent automation capabilities.
