Key Responsibilities & AccountabilitiesLead Management & Engagement
Execute strategic outbound calls to warm/corporate leads.
Effectively manage incoming customer inquiries and follow-ups.

Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for clients.
Resolve customer concerns with professionalism, empathy,



and efficiency.

Cross-Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth communication and quick resolution of client requirements.

Brand Representation
Maintain a premium and professional image of Mighty Warner through polished communication and service excellence.

Data Management
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and feedback in company systems.

Education
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline preferred.

Communication Skills
Excellent verbal communication in Hindi and basic English.
Strong listening, convincing, and interpersonal abilities.

Professional Competencies
Positive attitude with customer-handling capability.
Strong problem-solving mindset and emotional intelligence.
Ability to work under pressure in a qualified environment.
