Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our team. As a Telemarketer, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating leads or sales. Your goal is to build customer interest and set appointments or close deals over the phone.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential or existing customers using scripts.
Deliver prepared sales pitches to persuade prospects to purchase a product or service or schedule appointments.
Maintain a skilled and positive demeanor in all interactions.
Answer questions about products or the company.
Record and update customer information in the database.
Follow up on leads and maintain a robust pipeline.
Handle customer objections effectively and professionally.

Requirements:
Proven experience as a telemarketer, sales representative,



or similar role is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident, persuasive, and resilient personality.
Ability to learn about products and describe them to prospects.
Basic computer knowledge and experience using CRM systems is a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills
Fluent in Hindi
Familiarity with outbound calling tools or dialers.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Robust attention to detail and active listening skills.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
