Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and operate conventional lathe machines for turning, facing, boring, threading, and grooving operations
Interpret engineering drawings and ensure accurate measurements
Select and set cutting tools as per material and job requirement
Maintain proper speeds and feeds for different materials (steel, alloy, etc.)
Perform routine machine maintenance such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor troubleshooting
Ensure quality of finished components using measuring instruments like vernier calipers, micrometers, and dial gauges
Follow safety standards and maintain a clean working setting

Required Skills & Qualifications:
ITI in Turner / Machinist or equivalent qualification
Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing or engineering industry
Robust knowledge of lathe machine operations and precision machining
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
Familiarity with cutting tools and machining parameters
Basic knowledge of machine maintenance

Pay: ₹70.00 - ₹150.00 per hour
