QC Executive – Modular Office Furniture

Experience: 2–5 Years

Key Responsibilities:
Inspect raw materials, furniture components and finished products as per approved specifications and quality standards.
Conduct quality checks for workstations, tables, storage, pedestals, partitions and other modular furniture.
Check dimensions, edge finishing, alignment, surface quality, colour, hardware fitting and overall workmanship.
Ensure products are manufactured as per approved drawings, samples and specifications.
Identify defects such as scratches, dents, edge damage, colour mismatch, improper fitting and dimensional variation.
Coordinate with Production and relevant teams for timely rectification of quality issues.
Conduct in-process and final inspection before packing and dispatch.
Maintain inspection reports, rejection/rework records and quality checklists.




Monitor repeated quality issues and highlight root causes to the Production/Quality Manager.
Ensure corrective and preventive actions are implemented effectively.
Verify rectified/reworked material before releasing it for packing or dispatch.
Support implementation of 5S, quality standards and process discipline on the shop floor.
Ensure customer/project-specific quality requirements are followed.

Required Skills: Valuable knowledge of modular furniture manufacturing, measurement tools, drawing/specification reading, inspection techniques, defect identification, documentation and coordination with production teams.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
